At Complimenties, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

• You must notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receipt.

• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Once the returned item has been received and inspected at our fulfilment warehouse, your refund will be processed.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

• We do not exclude any product categories from returns.
