These Terms apply to all users of the site and all purchases made through www.complimenties.nl.
We currently sell and ship only within the Netherlands.
3. Orders and Payments

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including iDEAL, Mollie, PayPal, and Klarna.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We process orders within 1–2 business days and deliver using PostNL.
While we strive for timely delivery, Kime Online B.V. is not responsible for carrier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
